And so that's how we, our rates and all of our fees and charges are built on a cost of service model that allocates costs to the customer classes and the users of our system based on what it costs us to actually serve them. podcast-host

So certainly if if an infill development is moving into a part of our system that already has robust service, then they may be able to just hook up to our system and pay impact fees in order to redevelop that site. podcast-host

asset management-based, risk-based capital investments program so that we are looking at the areas of our system that are aging or otherwise poor performing that need to be renewed. podcast-host

And we fund that renewal base using our rates from our whole customer base. podcast-host
