Yeah, you can't Stop yourself.

But I stop.

I do stop myself.

And sometimes I laugh.

Now I kind of laugh.

But there are certain comments you just want to jump through the phone.

But I don't.

And I realize where people are coming from when there's all that negativity and hate.

And I sort of

feel sorry for them they're keyboard warriors we all know the chaos of the clicks you get that and you realize where they're coming from and it's probably not in a good place they're probably not in a good place so if i feel compelled to answer or snap back even at the worst comment i'll say i think you need a hug

And then that makes me feel better.

And I answered, but they probably do.

And so it's not easy.

It's definitely not easy.

But I've come to, I mean, we've been doing this now 12 years.

So it does get easier and easier in some ways, but it's just never, as a parent,

It's just difficult to sometimes accept that narrative.

And I hope one day it changes around.

And I love it when it does, like when Jake is elevating women's boxing and doing boxing bullies.

And that's where it touches my heart.
