THEIR WORK REFLECTS EXTENSIVE PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT, COLLABORATION WITH MUNICIPALITIES, LOCAL BUSINESSES AND INDUSTRY STAKEHOLDERS AND IS A THOUGHTFUL, PRACTICAL APPROACH TO REDUCING WASTE THROUGH EDUCATION, MAXIMIZING THE USE OF EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE AND LEVERAGING ECONOMIES OF SCALE.
THAT ONLY COUNTY-WIDE COOPERATION MAKES POSSIBLE.
