The conversation about the millage rate, we have this conversation from the dais throughout the year, not just at this time.

Yes, we've had that consistency of not changing the millage rate, but I would like to even have a conversation among us to see about changing it, elevating it to see what it would do.

Also, because when I look at it overall, even though our military is staying intact, the other items that are coming alongside it are being increased.
