THEN YOU HAD 8.04 WHICH IS A SELL OF REAL PROPERTY TO PRIVATE PARTIES.

THIS ALSO SIMPLIFIES THE PROCESS.

IT REQUIRES A RESOLUTION CONTAINING A FINDING THAT THE SALE IS IN THE CITY'S BEST INTEREST AND REQUIRES AN AFFIRMATIVE VOTE OF AT LEAST FOUR COMMISSIONERS AS WELL.

8.07 was a section that was deleted because it was incorporated into 8.02.

And the last section was 8.09, which is the lease, license, concessions, and use agreements for more than one year.

Based on the last discussion we had, I believe at the last meeting, this one has a tiered approach where year one to three, so this is for the lease and license of public property.

AND ANYTHING OVER TEN YEARS WILL REQUIRE EVERYTHING I PREVIOUSLY STATED PLUS A BUSINESS VIABILITY REPORT.

And I think from last meeting, we took out the unanimous requirement for anything over 50 years.

So anything 10 plus years was required based on what I just stated.

SO THIS ONE AGAIN BASED ON THE LAST DISCUSSION AT THE LAST MEETING THERE WAS A REQUIREMENT FOR A UNANIMOUS VOTE FROM THE COMMISSION IN ORDER TO SELL THIS LAND OR REDESIGNATE IT.

THAT WAS REMOVED TO MAKE IT A SUPER MAJORITY.

SO VOTE OF FOUR COMMISSIONERS.

AND AGAIN THIS HAS TO DO WITH THE SELL OF LAND WOULD BE BY REFERENDUM.

THEN IT REQUIRES THAT LEASE LICENSES FOR LANDS ON THIS PARK FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR WOULD BE BY AN AFFIRMATIVE VOTE OF FOUR COMMISSIONERS.
