Our family moved from Rim and Italy in 1984.
My dad Caesar started Donatello, and that's where I got the start in the restroom business.
I started Cafe Paradiso in South McDill in 1995, and we've been there ever since.
From our traditional sobuko, a veal slow roast for four hours, to our daily fresh catch, the Grupa Paradiso, with a picata sauce and lobster claw meat, homemade pasta like lasagna, farfale salchicha, which is a bow tie pasta homemade with fresh sausage.
