Thank you, fellas.
It's always good to hear that.
Thank you.
Now you go, True For You.
That makes it all worthwhile.
Okay, so this story's been kind of simmering away with me, and it's something I feel really, really passionate about, and it's starting to really grow my gears, okay?
So I'm going to take β it's school lunches.
It's school lunches.
We all know the school lunch program.
It started back in 2019 under the Labour government, I think, called Ka Ora Ka Ako, which is basically school lunches, well-being lunches, that kind of thing.
And then when the coalition government came in three years ago, they changed it.
They stripped out a lot of the cost of it.
They said it was too expensive.
We couldn't afford it as a country.
And we've had all these stories, right, about, you know, how the value of the lunches, whether they're any good, that kind of thing.
A report came out last week.
It was, I think, in the New Zealand Herald, and a journalist had taken a
an Official Information Act request about these lunches and asked some questions.
And it came back that I think 21 of the lunches have been unsafe.
They've had glass or shards of Perspex or something in them.
