You know, the expectation this year after you squeak into the playoffs last year and with this young, exciting core that you thought you had and do have to some extent, even if the names and faces of that core have changed in some cases, the expectation was a step forward.

And I think almost uniformly that step forward was going to include postseason, whether that be – and probably meaningful –

competing in the NL Central, too.

I think if you're thinking about the spirit of what the expectations were coming into this year, maybe not winning the Central, but pushing the Brewers a little bit.

And we know that hasn't happened yet and probably and might not.

So I don't know.

I'm not ready to walk away from the promise of this rebuild that started in 2021.

And

If you want to – maybe you just write this season off and go again next year with what's left of this core that you feel like you have.

Take another shot at it.

You still have Tito under contract.

You know, I don't think this is a situation where you strip it all bare.

That, to me, doesn't seem like – I think there's too much talent.

Let me jump in, okay?

And I think some buy-in now would go a long way for the organization, just given how the last two and a half months have gone.
