So all our body systems are on a 24-hour clock and turning our digestive systems and everything.
You can't just flip a switch.
It takes a few days to get back to normal.

And that's if you try to get on that time zone.
If you're trying to stay on your own time zone, then it takes even longer.
So when most players are on their normal circadian rhythm, so they connect in town and even around circadian rhythms, the peak reaction time is around 7.30, right?
And it starts to drop off after that.
So our circadian rhythms, our natural reaction time varies throughout the day, right?

And so, you know, if we're playing a game at 5.30, it matters, right?
One of the things that we haven't done over the years is really look at our opponents to say, well, maybe they're more tired, maybe they're not, or maybe they're at an advantage.
But that's kind of a mugs game.
You don't really know what their sleep, we don't know what they're doing.
And so we use this whole sleep and fatigue management system to get the players ready to play effectively.

It's like physical conditioning or nutrition or anything.
You're trying to get the player ready to play at the time.
So your opponent is who they are.
