They bring those in and they're more modern, but basically the standard of accommodation is not much better.

So they did away with that.

Now they tell landlords, if you're going to take a tenant on, you have to give them a minimum of six years.

And if you go to the RTB to try and get them out because they're misbehaving, it'll take you a couple of years and you won't get a cent.

I mean, that is a huge disincentive to people who want to be an honest landlord, you know, to turn a penny and not a euro.

Well, Aubrey, your optimism and your ebullience is always encouraging.

If you could inject some of that into the body politic, we might get some movement.
