The owner was a guy named Charlie Giffen.
He used to make book with Joe Feldman.
She told me that Joe's sister worked at the Gold Rush Club for a while, but she got sick a few months ago and quit.
I asked the girl if tonight's shooting was a police plant.
She didn't know, but she said that Feldman had been in to see Giffen tonight and on his way out he ran into trouble.
