But if you speak to Wexford people

They're they feel like they're behind the eight ball straight away 'cause they you know, they've had the problem that maybe Kilkenny people are having this year and so much talked about it.

Like you would are go you would all are gone.

Wexford have had that problem now for a couple of years.

And I'm telling you one, you know, from my experience with Derek.

If if he can't get a player to commit, you're better off without him, because he is the best man manager I've ever come across in my entire time uh involved at Harlan.

He's absolutely brilliant.

I've never seen a manager to be able to get the best out of all his players.

And I would significantly mean by that I in any team you have maybe your top five, seven, eight, nine, ten players, right?

I think what he's extra good at is

getting from eleven to twenty.

to getting more out of them and eleven to twenty five.

Do you know what I mean?

Those guys that might be don't want to say role players, but they're not the best players on the team.

But he c he can make those players feel every bit as important and like they have something to offer and to give and to get.

Obviously that Derek sets up differently to a lot of people, um, in terms of traditional way, you know, he might have more ideas and more plans, et cetera, in one game than than than most others.

But a lot of that is just to get the best out of what he has at his disposal.

He's trying to always

get the best out of someone, whether if that's a player that's really good in the air.
