especially here in the year a transition might be 90 minutes long you know so there might be a stage where Paul is sitting up another drill at different things so the likes of Alan you know Liam Cohn who's taken teams they'll take a portion of the transition or they'll take Paul might work with the backs
for a certain period, the lads are working with the forwards.

So he's delegating to them, saying, you know, okay, you've this drill now.
Now, Paul does the majority of them, but they're really able to do them as well.
Like, Alan, obviously, Alan has been there since the very start with John.
You know, and he was involved training in the Pearsheck as well when they won the Club All-Ireland.
