Valley Clean Energy Executive Committee, and that's always sort of a preview of what's going to be on the next meeting.

And one of the things that's gonna be in the next meeting that I will share with everybody is a presentation on how to read your electric bill.

And if you've ever really opened it up and started leafing through it, the first, I don't know, 20 times you do it, it's like just confusing.

It's very, very confusing.

So I'm looking forward to this tutorial on how to read it and the graphs and stuff, and I'll be sharing that with you.

Yeah, I'd like to ask staff about the timeframe for coming back to us with this.

I would like to comment on 4.2, 4.4, and 4.7, but I don't wish to pull either one of them.

Well, yeah, I would like to follow up on what Councilmember McAllister said about 4.4.

I remember discussing this when we were approving this project and I was very upset with the fact that there was only one point of egress.

I didn't think it was safe or livable.

And we asked the developer and the staff to work together and

members of the community as well to change that and I'm really pleased to see that they did that.

I think it will make for a far superior project.

I also wanted to mention 4.2, renewal of the downtown parking maintenance and operation assessment district fiscal year 2026.

I'm hoping that the additional janitorial services will clean up the stairways of the parking garages and keep them clean

Parking in the parking garages is the first thing you kind of store and restaurant patrons see when they make a trip to downtown.

And so it makes a good impression if the stairways are clean.

So I'm glad we're moving forward on this and thank you for that.

And then 4.7, authorization to convey a portion of city-owned property adjacent to 236 Castro Street.
