Unfortunately, the three associations came together and didn't plot out, first of all, a roadmap to get from start to the destination.
Secondly, so they hadn't the proper roadmap.
Secondly, the timescale was completely and utterly unrealistic and rushed.
What I, look, and by the way, sorry, I'm a complete supporter of integration.
It's a win-win for everyone.
It's a no-brainer.
But I just think the issues about timeframe wasn't addressed.
That's number one.
Secondly, I felt that they should have taken baby steps, like every journey begins with a small step.
I think the first small step and the first obvious step should have been to integrate.
the ladies football and the camogie.
That would be number two.
Number three, the whole issue about money.
It's going to cost, maybe not as much as some of the J-heads, but it's going to cost a lot of money.
Right, who's going to pony up with the money?
Number three.
And of course, the other four thing in terms of resistance is that you have three associations.
There's a lot of people in power who will be losing that power and losing that authority and mightn't be too happy with it.
But look,
Just my biggest gripe is that the timeframe was just unrealistic.
