So suddenly you get on a development squad in a county and you get the bag, you get the T-shirt and you get the gear.
And suddenly he's on a pedestal a bit.
That's number one.
The second thing I think development squads, especially when they're getting to that elite level, they start them too young.
I think it should be all about coaching as many youngsters from as many clubs as possible.
