And also it's almost instead of so I I I'd love to know whether people who watch a lot of cookery programmes are they the people that do a lot of the cooking?
Or is it the opposite?
Are they the people that think I don't need to cook now because I've had the pleasure of immersing myself in the sensory delights associated with watching and actually neuroscientifically it does release endorphins that are released if you were actually doing the eating.
So it's very, very nuanced here.

It can take on among a young population and become really something they talk about.
And then it has its own thing.
It has a social identity all of its own.
And it's not even to do with.
the actual dopamine or the releasing.
It's to do with what did you order last night?
