Just could not see an Edmonton or an Albert northern Alberta without the oilers in it.
And he spent hours and days and hours and days putting together um the business community to support uh the the the oil organization without uh giving l uh leeway to Pocklington.
And that business community, that group of twenty or thirty people became something called the Copper Jackets, who were really active in selling tickets and generating a new a new uh life into the Oilers.
