You have to work hard.

Every job has stuff that you don't love.

But if you take a job that the activity that's primary to that job is exactly what you hate...

That's a recipe for failure, frustration, and loss of confidence.

And I said, son, do not do that job because his personality profile, what it hates the most is making people do things that they don't want to do.

And that's exactly what that job entails.
