You've got your gross retention, you have your net retention.
The way we think about it is the company grows, in which case they have more laptops, more employees, and we expand.
Then the other way is that we add additional services or SKUs online.

This customer starts with one of our services and then expands to other services that we offer.
We charge on a per service basis.
Yeah, we do.
We obviously do.
And we don't actually report externally on that.
Okay.
As a recent public company, I'm a little cautious about making sure that I say here what I say out there.
Oh, we've certainly, we've shared that our strategy is exactly what you've articulated, which is we think retention rates and reducing churn and making sure that customer expansion over time is a critical part of our model.
Well, first, I check you out.
