And as far as they know, he's got money.

So in theory, he could just move out of the home and go off and become a businessman.

And in fact, that building, One Hyde Park, that he was so obsessed with, that was developed by these two guys, the Candy Brothers, who today are

billionaire real estate guys.

But at the time, they started their business when they were 18, 19 years old.

So there was a precedent for a kind of young hustler kid who wants to get into real estate and other business ventures in London.

And so in a queasy way, they just thought, oh, okay, well, maybe that's who Zach's going to be.

So it's interesting.

So Akbar, he gets to know and he starts working with Akbar and Akbar introduced Zach to a friend of his, a guy named Verinder Sharma.

And Zach told his parents about Verinder Sharma.

He told them that Verinder Sharma was a rubber tycoon and that he worked with Pirelli rubber in some capacity and that he had several apartments in this building, Riverwalk, this new luxury development overlooking the Thames.

and that they'd become friends, they were hanging out, they might do some business together, and that Verinder at a certain point had said that he had three of these apartments, he only used one of them, and he would make one available to Zach, rent-free, I think, for Zach to stay in if he wanted to.

And again, the parents were sort of uncomfortable with this, but at the same time,

Zach was 18.

He did appear to be making money.

They were curious because when they looked up for Inder Sharma, they couldn't find anything about him on the internet, nothing.

No connection to Pirelli Rubber, nothing at all.

And Zach moved in.

The parents would ask if they could visit him.

He said no.
