Yeah, some of the workplace consultants and CEOs who have done this said what they have to do is you have to figure out how to prioritize your schedule better.
You have to cut certain things out.
You know, the meeting, you have to go through kind of your daily schedule, your teams at your company schedule and figure out what meetings do we not do we need?
What do we don't what don't we need?
what can we prioritize in the day?
How can we be more effective?
How can we make a 32 hour work week work when we don't have eight extra hours, right?
What things can be chopped?
How do we keep people off social media?
Maybe like, what are some of the things that we can make people more effective?
And that's what employers have to think about is how can we optimize our day?
What things can we cut out?
Do we have the extra time that we really don't need?
That's really at the heart of this for a lot of places.
And that's why it requires some careful planning in terms of how to do it successfully.
