Places like Colorado, Arizona, Connecticut, Kentucky, Maine, Montana, places like that have even started offering their own bonuses to get people off of unemployment.

So it's not just businesses.

It's everybody trying to get people to come back to the workforce.

Oh yeah, we've seen that casino resort I mentioned was doing a car giveaway for current employees to try and keep them on so they didn't have as much churn.

We've seen gift cards being doled out when some of these signing bonuses are given out.

They'll do it in small increments each quarter or every 90 days.

And some of these include gift cards and other kind of bonuses.

So businesses are getting creative.

And I mentioned the referral bonus.

If you bring on a friend, that's another one.

One worker who joined a restaurant in Orlando said that they were also offering courses if you wanted to learn Spanish or English, that they were offering discounts on learning courses.

So yeah, there's a whole bunch of different things employers are doing to not just bring people on, but also try and keep people.

Retention bonuses and referral bonuses.

So they're definitely getting creative to try and offer as many incentives as they can to bring people on and keep them for more than two weeks.
