As we grow demand on the grid, we can actually lower the unit cost for every customer.
So more kilowatts share the use of the grid, every kilowatt cost less.
Somebody has to pay for it.
They have to pay for it.
But their utilization of the grid actually makes it more affordable for everyone else.
I do think this problem is quite simple.
There's a lot of talk about, does building out data center infrastructure raise costs for everyone?
Not when you, number one, price it right.
And two, we haven't grown load on our grid in decades.
This new demand actually will fund the rebuilding of an aged infrastructure.
We actually need these data centers and their new revenue.
The part that people don't talk about, they talk about the cost to build the infrastructure.
They forget about the revenue that comes with that infrastructure.
And that revenue then funds the rebuilding of the grid, not only for that location, but more broadly.
