And then I am done.
And then look at that.
I push done and I'm back with you.

I could focus with you.
So the key principle behind getting things done is to never have your brain trying to remember everything.
Anytime anybody asks you to do something, you can either do it in 60 seconds or less or two minutes or less is the rule.
Or you put it and you dump it immediately on a list.
And then every two or three hours, you review the list and the things you've been dumping on that list, delegate them, organize them, or take the appropriate action.
That's how I do it.
So I don't have any stress at all.
I have hundreds of people communicating with me from all over the world every day.
I answer most of my messages just in time, very, very quickly.
And if not, I'll put it on the list like I just did.

And you'll never follow up with me ever and say, Paul, you forgot to do that.
There's no follow up.
This is very important concept.
So first of all, I want to say the word capture.
