Yeah, tendonitis in my feet and ankles.

I also just deleted Instagram for a period of time as well because the less social media, the better, right?

I mean, there's something about your phone and the software that there is, is that it has been, both of those things have been extremely carefully designed to be as physically and mentally addictive as possible, because that's why there's haptic feedback because
They're just trying to generate dopamine.
So you will use their devices more.
It's very simple what it is about the phone.
Absolutely no question because.
Um, there's the sort of counter argument to that would be like, well, you should just have the willpower to have it sat on your phone and not be addicted to it.
Right.
yeah i choose not to even shoot up a little bit of heroin because heroin is extremely addictive and so when a behavior or a product is literally designed to exploit the basic vulnerabilities that that are humanity that we have baked into our kind of um neural structures like for sure the best choice is exclusion this is by far the best choice rather than
forcing yourself to not be addicted to something which is addictive.
Um, so yeah.
Well, that's the thing, right?
I remember with Twitter in particular, I remember picking up my phone and thinking, oh, I'll just have a look and scrolling through Twitter and then realizing I was anxious and just like having a moment of realization that like, oh, an anxiety has risen up in me that did not exist before I picked up my phone and started scrolling Twitter.
And so like, I'm going to delete this right now.
And I did then.
