That's how a lot of guys are doing it now.
And looking back, I've said this, instead of bagging myself on the bike...
or bagging myself on sprints, I think I would have just skated way more had my cardio always be on the ice.
Like, why mess around with other cardio if you can just do it on the ice constantly and then you never lose the skating?
