I mean, I, I rookie camp, I was supposed to like go through the rookie camp and, and come back to the juniors, the batters in the Quebec league.

And, um, the Quebec, uh, scout at the time, uh, Danielle Dore was came to me.

He's like, Hey, you know, you had a good camp.

You got, we're going to bring you to the regular camp.

First wind down, right?

So I'm like, all right, that's, this is amazing.

And then first week of camp, I slowed down the first couple days.

I was more in awe of seeing Joe Thornton.

Yeah, Jumbo was on the team then.

And he came to me again, which kudos to him for doing that.

But he was like, hey, just so you know, don't think about who you're playing against and who you're passing to, but just keep playing your game.
