We weren't winning enough.
You start thinking about, we've got to get a couple of wins here to calm everything down.
And then, you know, the one slips away, you lose the shootout, you lose in overtime.
So I think it can certainly wear on you.
You've got to fight that urge and just make sure the guys are feeling good about themselves.
But, yeah, I think it goes through your head, especially the year we had.
It was up and down.
Expectations are high in Vegas.
As you said, they make a deal every year at the deadline to win.
It's one of the reasons I went there.
I thought they had a great chance to win and I'd like that to be my next opportunity.
I'd like a chance to win and take the pressure that goes along with it and the expectations.
I don't have a problem with that at all because, you know, you don't want to coach a team where it's okay to lose, you know, we're building.
I think there's certain times in your career as a coach, you can do that.
I just don't feel, you know, that I'm at that place right now or I'd rather have the chance to win.
I can't always pick and choose.
I understand that.
