No procedural due process before removal, no judicial review after removal, no preliminary injunction to preserve the status quo in a conception of cause so capacious that apparent misconduct or gross negligence suffices.
Yeah, absolutely.
I think the second goal is on 80 minutes.
So when you're 1-0 down in a game, you're always in the match.
Clearly we had to do more defending than we did
the goal before the half, just before you're about to go in from a set play.
We defended set plays so well in the five months I was here from January, we only conceded one, that was on the last day against West Brom.
But we got in a mess there with our organisation, the distances and the spaces between the lines were not correct.
And that was an error.
But at 1-0, you've got lots of things to build on.
And there were some encouraging signs that some of the football was all right.
We didn't really have any massive clear-cut chances.
Tammy had a header in the second half that he put over the bar.
But then at that point you're thinking when to go for more offensive players on the pitch because you've got to try and get back into games and try and create chances and score goals.
So I didn't want the game to finish with a 1-0 loss.
So I made some changes and I thought we got in a real mess for the second goal.
Defenders coming across into the wrong positions.
For me, that was a gift, the second goal.
We'd done so many good things defensively, but we gifted them that goal.
And then we got punished because you become more open defensively as you try and get back into the game at 2-0 down and punished on the counter because they're so strong in those positions, powerful runners.
