Part of that I think is a reaction to the fact that a lot of cities podcast-host

what the tools that they have to kind of oppose um podcast-host

some of the goals that that the state has and podcast-host

But but they're not all, you know, pro housing cities like like the city of Mountain View. podcast-host

So sometimes we get caught in the h the crossfire with that. podcast-host

That being said, the the housing element went through podcast-host

a long process and a lot of public input and uh this is what came out of that process and so I podcast-host
