I'm a collaborator, I'm a people person.

I'm really not gonna like this very much, I don't think.

I've got a few strategies in place to try to make the most of it.

Well, first of all, um I'm always struck on designists that people rarely talk about Shakespeare and the Bible, uh which of course are the first two books.

But I need to perform.

And I r I think I've decided I don't need an I don't need an audience, so I will learn

the entirety of Shakespeare's canon and perform them to the creatures that might may or may not be interested.

The things that I do to look after my mental health is physical activity and taking an interest in the world around you.

So obviously have this image of uh a kind of deep hinterland, lots of sort of jungle to explore and lots of nature.

At mine we did a lot of work on thinking about how good nature is for your mental health.

I think we coined the term ecotherapy.

So for once it would give me a

chance to slow down and take advantage of nature.

So this is the song for Claire.

It's The Proclaimers, Sunshine Unleath.

We love the Proclaimers.

It was their songs in the car on holiday.

Claire's sisters both live in Scotland, so we've got this very Scottish connection.

This song immediately reduced me to tears for quite a long time and still gets me very close.
