Probably as an escape, to be honest, but I would play rugby football cricket as I

stopped growing, I would become further and further in the backs in rugby.

Well walk so Lauren, we need to talk about walking sports.

Can we just do that for a minute?

Well, well, so walking sport is something which uh is of as you can imagine, is the a kind of slightly slower version of running sports.

Walking football, walking rugby, walking tennis, walking cricket, and walking golf.

Or golf as it's called.

And we encourage this because it's a really great way for older people to stay physically active but it's also something that again creates that sense of connection 'cause you go and spend time with other people and you have an argument about the score or whatever it might be.

And in fact, I was up in Newcastle with our local AGK doing walking football and my goodness me, it's competitive.

Taking it seriously.

Yeah, they're not going fast, but they mean it.

So my third disc is from The Communards.

We're in the 1980s.

This was my kind of awakening decade when it comes to music.

The voice of Jimmy Somerville is just extraordinary.

Of course, it's the Reverend Richard Coles doing some of his finest work.

And for me, it was a student disco classic.
