And again, we don't know exact steps because Facebook won't tell us.
But for me, I would look at your posting schedule.
If you're posting four or five times a day, maybe back that off to once or twice.
Stop sharing to groups during that 14 day time because that could be where they're marking you as spam if you're sharing to too many groups.
And cut down on how much you're commenting.
Some of the things they are looking at is if you are sharing to multiple groups at the
same time if you are going in and commenting the same thing across multiple posts.
So for example, if you take a post you did and you share it to five groups and then you go to each of those five groups and put the same comment on that post, that's the kind of stuff they feel like is spam and they'll detect you and put you in jail.
So those are the things I would back off and then just slow down your posting schedule just a little.
But you want to keep posting because you won't feel
Facebook to still see that you are valuable and that you are building engagement so that you'll come out of that.

So you you're allowed one automation.
So you want to think through and shoot me a message.

Make that automation as robust as possible.
Put as much stuff into it.
For me, like I I run a a ton of different sequences and ton of different automations.
But since you only get one, just put everything into one automation that you can.
