You want to secure your personal profile.
And then if you have a page, you want to have a backup admin.
So your spouse, a a close friend, have somebody else as a backup admin, but make sure that they have gone through all the steps on their personal profile, the two factor, the advanced protection, meta verified.
So on your business page that you have at least two.
Admins that can manage the page in case one of you lose access.
