So this is really gonna help people find answers that are already out there.
And the fact that it searches across multiple groups, yeah, I I I think this is gonna help smaller groups too, that that have good content.
You are gonna show up in people's
search and therefore get some engagement and you know some traffic back to your group, even though you're not one of the big, big ones out there in your in your niche.
It depends.
I think for most people, most businesses, it is still worth it to at least have a presence in Facebook groups, especially if you're going to build a public group.
You know, with this new app, I I think Facebook may be trying to compete with the Reddits and things like that.
And one of the things that makes Reddit such a big place in the in the whole world right now is that they show up in Google searches.
Google searches changing and who knows what that's going to mean.
But I think Facebook.
Facebook is trying to get their groups, especially public groups, to show up in searches and show up in AI answers and surface that content more.
So if you are gonna create a group, yes, create one, create a public one.
For me, right now, we still use our groups, but we are seeing better engagement on platforms that we manage.
So if you're gonna create a group, here's the one thing I say to do is use a tool I I use, oh gosh, what's it called?
Group leads.
So when you ask a question and you you ask the three questions before they join, one of them can be give me your email if you want to subscribe to my newsletter.
Use a tool like group leads to capture that and put it in your in your list so that you're at least getting some kind of asset that you own and you control their email address in case that group changes or goes away or Facebook just kills groups completely.
So that's the main thing we're doing right now with groups is using it as
a big lead magnet and then trying to direct those people to over to our email list and to our mighty networks that so that it's a place we manage.
And like I said, I'm seeing much more engagement on our Mighty Networks, real conversations happening as opposed to our hundred and thirty thousand group.
