I'm not telling you what to do.

I'm just showing you here's kind of what a sole proprietorship is.

Here's kind of what LLC is.

And the way I understand it, I'm no tax expert, but profits can pass through your personal tax return by default.

So you're not with LLC.

You're not getting you're avoiding the double taxation problem.

Um, and then there's so much to the LLC cause you can, I think there's an option to select the S corporation tax status, uh, later as you grow and stuff like that.

So anyway, I would have a professional explain this to you.

Um, the LLC gets a little bit more confusing.

And then the one that really throws me for a curve ball is the C corp, the S corp, the corporation stuff.

Cause that's when you're now a formal legal entity.

You're like, um,

You're completely separating the owner of the lawn business, landscaping business, from anything that could go wrong.

So basically, when you go corporation route, that's the highest tier of personal liability protection.

So the problem with that one, from what I understand, is C-corps, C-corporations, they get taxed kind of more.

It's almost like a double taxation on your earnings and dividends.
