So why?
That's such a great question.
Why can't I?
Because there's two things that undermine my achieving this.
The first thing is having fun with friends.
I'm very social.
I'm a super extrovert.
And so many times in a week, I'm with people, like enjoying life, being the extrovert I am.
And so much time with friends revolves around food.
And you say, well, can you make better choices?
Like you could have the food, but just eat less.
Yes, but I'm not thinking about it in those moments.
I'm like, it kind of leaves the front of my mind because I'm thinking about the person or a relationship.
And then I'm making dumb eating decisions in the moment because I'm not thinking about it consciously.
I just want to enjoy Friday night.
