And now I'm just fat.

I'm not as weak as I used to be.

So I've made some progress.

But the truth be told, I have designs every month of eating better.

All I have to do is put less food in my mouth and I'll lose weight.

And I can't seem to do it.

For years, I must have tried a hundred different times in my own head.

I'm going to make a change to my eating and I'll do it for a week and I'll slide back into my old habits.

Oh, when I was single?

And my wife loves me even though I'm fat.

So why do I want it now?

It's because I feel heavy when I walk upstairs.

It's slower than I'd like to be.

When I play volleyball, I can't jump as high as I want.

I'm not as fast as I want to get to the ball.

I don't want to feel like I'm lifting the Titanic out of dry dock every time I like get out of bed.

It's like, it's fucking horrible.

All right.

And like I said, I'm halfway.

I'm actually physically fit now.
