Yeah, I played the Corner a lot of times back in the 80s.
I guess I probably had no choice.

Had brothers and sisters that were all into music.
My mother sang and played piano.

And just studied piano as a kid and then trumpet at high school.
I was probably just, I was musical enough to keep going.
But, you know, I'm a fairly basic musician, you know, in terms of the people I play with would all be more skilled musicians than I am.

But, you know, I'm a writer before I'm a musician, I would say.
