Another example, and I'm going to talk about how this sort of comes back around to sort of the craft.

They would have said, hey, let's make the cars go faster.

Let's put more cars out.

Let's do these other different things, make the taxis fit more people.

But what they weren't really looking at is what were the things on the outside of the box?
