Skell has been asked to do teams.
I've been asked to do teams, and it's been a real privilege to people that have asked me to be involved.
But the one thing that I look at is, before I even look at any few, Bob, and actually, the most, do you know what?
The ones that were most privileged, there was no money involved.
It was a case of, like, you know, it was very much a kind of giving back or whatever you want to teams.
But, like, the first thing I looked at was, like,
i'd hate to go in and get involved with a team that you couldn't do 100 with do you know that sort of way like that you couldn't give exactly the time that you think it's going to do and if you can't do that that's the stepping off point for me and i think it's sometimes and this isn't just a manager or coaching thing i think there's there's lots of people stretching themselves in certain jobs because maybe the few bob is is intriguing and it's interesting but it's a stretch for them and they can't commit 100 and for me
I'd hate to try and get involved in anything that you couldn't give 100% to because how that would reflect on me or how people think I would have actually bought into or not bought into a setup.
So for me, when I look at that, and Skell has crunched the numbers there in very basic terms, I always looked at any opportunity and went, before you even say anything to me, time-wise here, at the moment, I don't.
And for me, it'll be the moment I step back from playing will be the moment where I can go, okay, now we can actually do something with that.
But...
I don't know, it's kind of a bit of a rambling point really there.
But for me, I've looked at certain appointments the lads have asked me to do and it's been great and it's fantastic.
But I've never even asked in terms of compensation or anything because you just went, I appreciate the time, I recognise the time and you're just going, no, can't be done.
How is it?
Lemon, orange and... Lemon and orange.
That was great.
That's great.
Thanks very much.
I wasn't expecting a flattering email like that.
