And then before you know it, boom, you're in our final week and it's come around.
And it's just a continuation of the same.
So I think it's perfect timing, if you ask me, in the sense that when we were at Morph, we had to wait, I think it was four weeks.
Four and four, let's say, between our qualifying, semi-final, semi-final, final.
And just at the time, it was a lot.
It was a lot.
And even for a player, not that I remember too vividly now, but I just do remember slightly that it was fatiguing because
Emotionally, yeah.
Yeah, emotionally, Murph, like it's, I think your profession and what you're doing from your day-to-day has a bit to do with it as well.
So I'm not pointing the finger at the teachers, but they're not going to school at this moment in time.
Whereas if you're out in the working world, let's say like a normal nine-to-five, not during summer,
yeah yeah i agree that's reality and take and take present moment now with like probably teachers let's say who are playing on sunday that are very fluid with their time in terms of their structure they don't have a very structured day and they can go and speak to wherever they want so they can be very specific about who they speak to whereas other people in other professions they might have to be in this place at eight o'clock monday morning and go different places and it can be tricky talking to people who aren't in your close circle who are you would deem as strangers and trying to give them time do you know what i mean
So I would find when you're giving people your time, not to be disrespectful, and you're having the same conversation a hundred times over the course of seven days, it gets really, really fatiguing.
It really tires you out.
And you just say, will this match ever come on?
And it doesn't actually help to alleviate any sense of nervousness.
I find your nervousness level I don't want to do more from now but the week of the game your nervousness level would peak let's say a Thursday Friday it would like peak at absolute shit break at this point it was starting to kind of digress a bit like say on Saturday and Sunday it's gone
I mean, but if you're talking to people and they're consistently asking you about the game and how is this and how is this injury?
Like, will you just go away from me, please?
I want to get through the week.
