So his relationship with Dickie is based on... He renovated the house at one point and then he comes back to fix all the mistakes and he just keeps coming back because the house keeps on... Things keep going wrong.
He's quite bad at what he does.
But Dickie's drawn to him initially because Dickie's very interested in history.
I think it's part of Dickie's psychology.
He feels so kind of...
he's always worried about being exposed.
You know, he's always worried about being kind of found out for who he is.
And I think that's tied into this obsession he has with like very dark elements of history whereby like he's interested in like, you know, genocides and atrocities and moments where like civilizations are wiped out.
And Victor shares this interest in, you know, apocalypse.
So Victor's really interested in the end of the world.
And he's kind of taking sort of like a action.
So he's a prepper.
He starts helping Dickie.
He kind of woos Dickie into building this kind of this shelter in the woods, which Dickie can hide out there from the apocalypse with his family.
And Victor's vision of the world is like, like a lot of preppers, is super dark.
So Victor essentially feels that people are bad.
