So I bought a house in Costa Rica, and they may have changed the laws, but I think you only have to spend $150,000 or $200,000 on a property in Costa Rica to qualify for citizenship track. One of the things you often do in Costa Rica is you get a caretaker, like a a gardener who looks at your house most days because people will squat in your house if you're not there. So I have a caretaker who takes care of the foliage at my house and cleans and like helps me with errands when I'm not there.
