I gotta say I wasn't a big fan of school.

I was a big fan of my friendship group at school.

Pretty much like everybody uh what you all say, I wasn't really engaged in school.

It was all more about not getting in not getting in really trouble.

For me, school was all about having a laugh with your mates.

Yeah.

I was never cheeky to the teachers.

I was my dad would have killed me.

I I know I got I I pushed the limits, let's be honest, like most most of the lads did.

I just didn't like I just didn't like all the work, didn't like the homework, didn't I couldn't wait to get away from school and start and start football.

I think when I think when you're looking back at it now, when you sign for United at thirteen fourteen

It really puts your mind in a total different I I'm just I was just so focused on trying to be a footballer, and that's not the right thing to do.

You've obviously got to try and look look in the background and go, well, maybe I won't make it.

But there swings and roundabouts of that.

If you're and I get it as parents do with players now, young kids now, you've got to also look at your um education, which the clubs do nowadays, which is brilliant.

But the flip side of that is I was always brought up pretty schools, it would be asked because I could say probably the same as you.
