Um, Mike Isaacson uh gave an unbelievable
uh presentation about servant leadership that resonated with me and of course
Michael side was just
Deller in uh in his presentation and I actually asked Michael for a copy of that and I've read it several times since just
remarkable, but of course it's it's early in the morning and a lot of people will forego that.
But you know, get up a little early on that Sunday, February twenty first, seven fifteen AM.
for the prayer breakfast.
I think it's um
one of the one of the best parts of the uh the entire event and it certainly gets you uh all juiced up and motivated um for the rest of the event.
You know, when you talk about next step enfranchising, that's that's definitely one of the uh initiatives that's close to my heart and
I try to stay close to uh Jennifer Cashell.
Matter of fact, she was uh a guest on our show uh oh about six or or seven weeks ago as they were wrapping up this year's um you know, competition.
Uh and it what a what a great program.
Talk about a great I was in the middle of that room last year and yes, I could assure you they weren't giving a lottery.
Um but
What was neat was um Alexander uh from uh Austria.
Um one of the uh the winners last year that came over to the States after it
Um I got a chance as Jennifer put him on a a national tour, uh visiting all kinds of different franchise organizations.
Well he was here in Houston before he had to take off to head back to Europe.
And I had an opportunity to to have lunch with him and and and spend some time talking with him.
