And I know that's gonna draw a lot of people that maybe weren't going to attend the event, but now of course, you know, faced with that uncertainty and and maybe they miss the layoffs and they're just saying, you know what, I'm I'm just tired of looking over my shoulder.
I'm tired of coming in wondering if that thing slip is there and maybe it's time that I do control.
my own destiny.
And um
I mean it's just a great event.
I mean, all the different seminars, the education.
And why don't you take us through, Tom, because the i our show is, you know, predominantly for the franchise professionals out there.
And there are so many.
You know, obviously there's three, four thousand franchisers and we have several hundred at the show.
w w what are franchises missing by not attending, you know, these shows?
The ones that have, you know, cast off and said, Oh, trade shows are the thing of the past?
Absolutely.
And you know, last week, um, you know, Stan's article came out on franchiseexpo dot com that talked about, you know, preparation and a strategy for the show and our guest last week on the franchise today was Deb Evans.
that talk about it from a digital standpoint and all the different things that uh attendees or or exhibitors can do when they're at when they're exhibiting at this type of show.
And as you said, you know, today's candidate is at step three in a lot of the research they've always done and obviously a big part of that today is in the digital space.
And it amazes me as Stan says, you know, so many times you walk the floor and you see somebody that has that retail mentality and they're just sitting there waiting for the next person to walk by uh and clearly didn't have a strategy of what they were gonna do to attract people to their booth.
And it's those same ones.
that basically have a a zero exposure rate on social media and are not pumping it up, not only pumping it up for their own candidates, but the show in general.
If people think they're gonna be pigeonholed and saying, Oh no, come to the show but only come see me, they're really making a big mistake.
Um so, you know, my recommendation is promote the heck out of the show.
