And so this is one of the best ways that I can see, at least, in order to reduce our own footprint.
The future is going to be won by those who can manufacture food in the most efficient way.
And it's really important for the United States and frankly, every nation to prioritize this type of efficient protein production by looking at animal-free protein sources, whether it's through fermentation of microbes or whether it is through plant-based proteins or even animal cell cultured meat.
You might have like a bread maker or an ice cream maker on your kitchen counter right now, but what if you had a meat maker?
You know, you could just buy like little spores of fungi and drop them in and come back the next morning and you have freshly brewed mycoprotein on your counter right there.
Like that would be pretty awesome.
It sounds like the Jetsons, but I think it's like not that hard to imagine.
