And, uh, I don't think maybe the public realizes it, uh, when they think about like what you are looking for in a manager and not to say we over index for it either, but it's a huge part of the job being in front of the media.

And, uh,

I think for kids or college students or pro players or whoever it is that aspires to be a manager, I'm not sure that's the first thing that comes to mind.

You know what I mean?

But it's – I mean, it's a big part of it.

Yeah, I would actually, I mean, everyone views this differently, I think, but I would actually argue that more than 50% of the, the, the process of like selecting, uh, you know, whoever it is that you select, like it has to do with the quality of person they are and the quality of leader they are.

Right.

Uh,

the, the, all the in-game strategy.

And, uh, I know there's a lot of, uh, attention page that it's, it's so important.

Don't get me wrong.

Right.

But, um, you know, nowadays I think we have like, there's so much information, right?

Like we just have a lot of, uh,

tools that we can put together to help support these guys in their positions.

And not only that, like we can support them with other people on the bench too.

Right.
